Vandalism of Public Property

There are some really degenerate people in this world. How can someone burglarize a school, a church or the public health center that serves a society and not just one individual? What about the education of our children? The health of our elders and babies, the sick and the ailing. I know times are hard but that is too extreme. 

 Some people might think that attacking public health edifice is a symbolism of bombardment on the personification of the government system that oppresses them. 

If you are having issues with the government then you lobby and you protest that is what people in first world societies do. 

If you think that you are being maligned in anyway by a public service then it is up to the citizen to use the media and their collective voices to disavow the disservice that is meted out to them.
