Bad Mind People Parentage

Bad Mind people were not taught as children to feel good about themselves and embraced their uniqueness. They probably had parents who were never happy about their own lives. Parents who regarded others success as an indictment of their own inadequacy. Parents who beat them up their entire childhood without once congratulating them on small feats. They developed low self esteem and people with low self esteem can never be happy about the success of others. 

If Bad mind people gave credit when it is due to the accomplishments of others then they would have no excuses for their own failures. I won't deny that the accomplishment if others often forces you to take a step back and reassess your life but if you spend your compete existence concentrating on how far ahead people that you come in contact with, you are bound to miss some big opportunities to improve yourself. 

Badmind people will go out of the way to subvert your trials and undermine your endeavors, just imagine if they would invest the same amount of time and tenacity into their own development then maybe they would not feel so terrible about themselves.

Excerpt from The Barn Raiders 

Raty wondered if this little boy, the spawn of his dead friend was made to be rich. He grimaced, his blood boiled to a fiery temperature. Franco was  much too humble for the business he was in. He needed a heart of Granite to deal with the egocentric intentions of people. He was much too naive to the wickedness that prevailed in the hearts of  some of us in this rat race.The boy was simple minded and took everything for a joke. He was rising too fast and people often saw one's success as an indictment of their own inadequacy. People would get uncomfortable. 

Several persons robbed him in the last month. In the ghetto you hustle to make some money and then people still a rob you. It is as if them don't want nothing fe gwaan fe you. There is nothing that makes him more angrier than people who have money already trying to fight down Ghetto Youths. 

He snickered. Franco was a coward. He was determined to remind every human being who dared to cross his path or intervened in his pursuit of wealth that anno them alone can do things. Raty was committed to reinforcing the notion that within the midst of life there is death and that don't care how you big and bad, a bullet will cut you down to size. 

Raty learnt by way of firsthand experience  that if you treated people fair or with compassion they mistook such a personality as meaning that you are weak. 

People feared those who are without rationality. The best way to get what you want in this world is to present a front of disregard for human life. People might talk things behind your back. They might not like you but no one who has no intention of killing you, will dare confront you. Mankind is a selfish race and these people of Red Lane need to be constantly reminded of their place. They if not kept in check would exploit and violate Franco. Raty's presence in Franco's  life ensured that people with less than honorable intentions were kept at bay. 

He would keep away the physical threats. He did not regret the life he lived, he knew that one day the chariot would pass his way but until then he would keep the resistance off the boy that he nurtured. 

You cannot please everybody. Franco must learn to please himself. It is better for people to say that you have no heart than for them to think that you have one and try to stomp it down all the time. Stomping is not even such a big issue than having them pierce your heart with a sharp edge tool or shrapnels from a bullet. It best to presence a face that betrays no emotion that signals a malevolent astral propensity.

What are we doing for Jamaica's Young People Today?

What Jamaica have is a Government whose only interest in the youths is having police hunt down alleged miscreants and kill them.

I have not seen one policy or Programme aimed at assisting disaffected youths from the communities or intellectual graduates from our universities create a better society. Yet they blame the youth population for every crime and the problems that we are having in this society. What is happening now did not happen overnight. It's years of neglect and failure to develop engaging platforms for our you by people that has come to fruition now with crime and violence. Leaders might say that they have nothing to do with it yes they are of involved directly in creating menaces to society. But what if they created avenues for development of our youthful aspirations and work programmes to deter young men from a life of crime?

Some say it might not be enough because this generation influenced by social media is the get rich quick we generation and the basic tenets of this generation is founded on a philosophy that money defines them more than anything else. Accumulate money at all cost with little regard for anyone in the process. 

Crime is escalating in Western Jamaica and everybody blame scammers. Scamming was not born out of a wanton desire to have money. It was first the idea of college students and people working in the telemarketing industry. It sought to fill a void economically that was grew into an abyss. 

Our youth sector has all but been abandoned

By our leaders. When last we hear any projects or programmes being implemented to engage our young people. Government only care about young people when it is election time. This outdated governing policies need to go because they do not

In anyway assist this generation. Our leaders have failed us. 

The fact that the police are killing so many young men in their late teens and early twenties should be an indication that something has gone awfully wrong. 

They tell us to find jobs. Where are the Jobs? They tell us to report crimes... How can we report crimes when we on the ground know that police and criminals are the biggest friends because of money. Police not getting sufficient pay so they become corrupted to supplement them income. Six a one and half dozen a the other. Do you believe that any one of us could do what Azan did and be reinstated. We would be sitting in Jail all now. 

Many of my morally upstanding friends would tell me how wrong I am a criminal if I took from the coffers of the rich to feed the poor. But no in Jamaica,  police and the judiciary system only harass poor people and people who no have nobody fe stand up fe them. The statutes of limitation stops at police, wealthy folks and politician foot. 

Poor people are always given the full length of the law and more if they who enforce the laws see it convenient. 

we as a people love the flash and theatre of leaders with more fluff than substance and in the business of Crime prevention planning not everything good to eat good to talk , sometimes to protect those who are willing to talk.

Natural resources and  yet people are considered some of the poorest around the world. Now who should be blamed? The people or the politicians. Shell and texaco makes billions while the people who live around the oil reserves are starving... Donkey say the world no level. 

In our hotels, hourdes of food is being wasted yet so many people want if hunger beyond its luxurious gates into adjoining communities. I  not saying that feeding people should be the hotels business but just imagine if we would just stop thinking about our selves and what we believe is conducive for us and think about the collective rights of our people maybe then we will be able to conquer crime. 

The Cycle of Life

There comes a time when one must choose a position that is neither politic or popular simply because he/she knows its right. A lot of times when people say things, I understand just why this race remained in Slavery for almost four centuries. You always have some people who are just waiting for others to chart the way for them. They criticize those who are decrying the system and use them mouth to bring you down. To betray the collective aspiration of any people is in my opinion, the biggest act of treason and sedition.I take solace in the fact that the course of history was never changed by the many but by the few who risked exposing facts by written word reminds me always that the Pen Is Mightier than the Sword. When the self righteous is poked into undying rage the real personality explodes like dynamite and the self proclaimed veneer vanishes into thin air like the mist from dawn. Let the chips fall where they may.

We don't understand what how what we do today affects the future of the next generation. The police officers who kills a young man with children ultimately contributed without knowing it to the cycle of crime for his children's generation. I believe that a system should be created with programmes and policies that facilitate the rehabilitation, Counselling and socio-economical assistance to children whose parents died by violence whether by gun men or police. 

X kills Y. 

Y children (ymmm) grew up without a father and minimal education, no job prospects etc will ultimately become a peril to ones society. 

X children get a good education, great job prospects and great future. 

Ymmm children will one day cross paths with Xnnn children.

What we end up having is a cycle of transgenerational violence. Say Ynnn becomes a gun man. He will stick up Xmmm the doctor. Xmmm does not even know that even though they had a great life that their parent killed and rob people so that they could have the life that they have. 

If Xmmm dies then Xmmmx children might grow up in the same circumstances as ynnnn. Life is a serious cycle. Life has a dominoe effects that keeps having a chain of choice reaction even after we are gone. 

What's wrong with wealth Accumulation?

There is a reason why 90% of the people who win the lottery end up broke. There is a reason why people who do illicit activities to make money can never stop doing it. It is because it doesn't matter how much money, you give an ediat. He will find his way back to being a pauper. Money cannot buy ambition. 

My friends who give me business, I always support them because I believe that one hand should wash the other. In that sense everybody makes money. 

Some people would prefer you wash them ass and back yet they would never give you a buss inna life.

There is a ready why we only have 793 billionaires. Too many people sitting around " waiting for others to chart the way for them" you think if me get rich me ago let nobody in on my link who only a wait fe me do the ground work then them come benefit.
